Lookups and passes

Lookups pay for live reads of current game information. A pass opens the depth of the record we already hold.

What each pass unlocks

History Pass

  • Every recorded change for any Chief: name, Alliance, State transfer, Furnace and office
  • The full recorded Power line, which records rises of 5% or more
  • Follow up to 100 players, with base-moved alerts (never coordinates) and Power alerts
  • The full State dossier: every counterpart, arrivals and departures player by player, and alliance movement grouped by each player's current Alliance
  • Transfers are detected by our census rather than reported by the game, and merges are shown apart.
  • The full member-count series for any Alliance

Combat Pass

  • Any player's recorded Arena team, with gear, skills and training
  • Arena teams are recorded for roughly the top half of each State by Power, and shown only where recorded.
  • How each recorded Arena team changed over time
  • Hero pick rate and investment depth by State, Power band and Alliance
  • Pick rates and investment only: the game shares no battle outcomes.

All-access Pass

  • Everything in the History Pass and the Combat Pass
  • Each part extends from its own end date

Free for everyone signed in

  • The newest 3 recorded changes for any Chief
  • 1 hero from any recorded Arena team
  • The newest change to any recorded Arena team
  • Follow up to 5 players
  • Transfer totals and the top 3 counterparts for any State
  • The Alliance with the most moves each way for any State

What a lookup buys

Every live read is priced in lookups from one balance. Players are in-game characters, and a lookup reads only what any player can see in the game.

  • Locate a player's base on the game map once
  • Track a base's moves on the game map for a window
  • Watch a base's shield for a window, with a warning before it lapses

A locate that fails, cannot get the player's current information, or searches and does not find the player refunds its lookup.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

From the game itself. The Atlas records what the game shows every player, and a live read asks the game when you spend a lookup.

How fresh is it?

The census revisits every State in turn, so recorded data can be a few days old, and every change shows when it was detected. A live read is as fresh as the moment you spend it.

What are lookups?

Lookups are prepaid use of the WoS Atlas service: each live read on this website spends some. They have no cash value and are not money, a voucher or a stored-value product, so they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or used anywhere but this website.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of buying, request one from your purchases page. It takes back the lookups and pass days that purchase added. Lookups you already used are recorded as owed and taken from the next lookups you receive.

Why would purchases be paused?

Buying is paused on the account and on its linked game account when a refund leaves lookups owed (until they are repaid, and never more than 90 days, when what is still owed is cleared), when a refunded pass had been used for more than 2 days (for 90 days), and when a payment is disputed or charged back (until support reviews it). Open a support ticket to ask for a review.

Is tax included?

Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, tax is either included in the price or added at checkout, and checkout shows the full total, and the currency you will pay in, before you pay.
